Formats and scale. Lectures, tutorials, colloquia and doctoral courses, in person and online, with groups ranging from under ten to over 200 participants. During the pandemic I converted my own teaching to online lectures and self-produced video material.
Supervision. Bachelor’s and master’s theses at Bielefeld University; informal mentoring of two doctoral researchers on research design and methodology.
Evaluations. Weighted average of 1.50 across 113 responses, 2023/24–2026 (item: “Overall I am satisfied with the instructor”; scale 1 = best to 5 = worst). In five of the six courses with a faculty benchmark, the rating is above the average for the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. Full evaluation reports available on request.

Competitive internal programme for the improvement of teaching. Awarded jointly with Prof. Kai Bormann and Prof. Peter Limbach to build the Corporate Sustainability module, including acquisition of a dataset now used in both teaching and research. I wrote the application and managed the project.
